01Acceptance of Terms

To register for and use a rech9 account, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

03Account Responsibilities

You are solely responsible for all activity that occurs under your rech9 account. This includes all bets placed, all transactions processed, and all communications sent from your account, regardless of whether those actions were carried out by you personally or by a third party who gained access to your account.

05Bonuses & Promotions

General bonus terms applicable to all rech9 promotions unless otherwise stated:

In the event of any conflict between game-specific rules and these Terms, these Terms shall prevail unless the game-specific rules expressly state otherwise.

• Registering or operating more than one rech9 account.

12Termination & Suspension

rech9 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, for any of the following reasons:

• Failure to complete identity verification (KYC) within the required timeframe.
• A self-exclusion request submitted by the player.
• A direction from PAGCOR or any other competent Philippine authority.

Upon account closure for breach of these Terms, rech9 may, at its sole discretion, forfeit any remaining balance in the account if the closure is due to fraudulent activity, AML violations, bonus abuse, or other material breaches. In cases of account closure for non-breach reasons (such as voluntary closure or regulatory direction), rech9 will return any verified remaining balance to the player via the original deposit method, subject to applicable verification requirements.

13Governing Law

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them — including non-contractual disputes or claims — shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms or your use of the rech9 platform that cannot be resolved through rech9's internal complaints process shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines. rech9's primary regulatory oversight is exercised by the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR).

You agree that any claim you may have against rech9 must be filed within one (1) year after such claim arose, or it shall be permanently barred, to the fullest extent permitted under Philippine law.

14Amendments to These Terms

rech9 reserves the right to update, revise, or replace any part of these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, rech9 will notify registered players via email or via an in-platform notification at least seven (7) days before the revised Terms take effect, where reasonably practicable. For non-material changes, updates may take effect immediately upon publication on the rech9 website.
